3.1. Fragrance Sales: All Sales Final
Please note that due to the nature of our fragrance products, all sales are final. We do
not offer refunds or returns. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read
and understood our disclaimers and proceed at your own discretion.

Stock Availability and Refund Exceptions

In the event that an ordered item is subsequently declared out of stock by our
warehouse due to delayed stock updates, we will provide a store credit refund. This
credit can be redeemed against a future fragrance purchase.

If your perfume bottle has been received cracked we will resend you the item purchased

please note we cannot guarantee or state the reason why the perfume has been rejected by the stores

all purchases are made at customers own discretion

If the incorrect shipping address has been entered by the customer we cannot be held responsible for the loss
