3.1. Fragrance Sales: All Sales Final
Please note that due to the nature of our fragrance products, all sales are final. We do
not offer refunds or returns. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read
and understood our disclaimers and proceed at your own discretion.
Stock Availability and Refund Exceptions
In the event that an ordered item is subsequently declared out of stock by our
warehouse due to delayed stock updates, we will provide a store credit refund. This
credit can be redeemed against a future fragrance purchase. Please note that cash
refunds are not available in such cases.

Our direct-to-customer approach ensures that our customers enjoy the best possible
prices. We achieve this by sourcing products from international markets with more
favorable economies. By eliminating intermediaries and purchasing at lower costs, we
